Stephanie Tinney

Consultant (CMPC-C)

Stephanie is a Mental Performance Consultant-Candidate and Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Ohio. She is excited to offer mental performance consulting through Mile High Performance Consulting, drawing on her experience working with athletes across sports including volleyball, soccer, track and field, swimming, baseball, gymnastics, and more.

As a former athlete, counselor, and coach, Stephanie believes mental training is just as essential as physical preparation. She helps clients set meaningful goals, develop mindset strategies, and build the confidence needed to perform at their best.

Michaela Morris

Consultant (CMPC)

Michaela is a dedicated Mental Performance Consultant and graduate of the University of Denver’s M.A. program in Sport and Performance Psychology. She has worked with a wide range of performers — from collegiate and club athletes to triathletes and recreational gymnasts — helping them strengthen the mental and emotional side of performance.

As a former athlete, coach, and consultant, Michaela values mental training as highly as physical preparation. She works collaboratively to build practical, holistic strategies to empower individuals and teams to reach their full potential with confidence and clarity.
